Tikit announces complete integration between NetDocuments cloud platform and P4W

Tikit, part of the BT Group and leading provider of technology solutions for law and professional services firms, today announced the integration of NetDocuments cloud-based DMS platform into Tikit Partner for Windows (P4W), its flagship practice and case management application.

The forward-thinking cloud-based platform allows users to work securely anytime, anywhere and on any device.  Its unique integration with P4W Case Manager means NetDocuments can either be used as a firm-wide solution for document management or a solution to fill specific gaps for teams or fee earners not currently served by case management.

Essentially clients created in P4W will also create matter workspaces in NetDocuments and for those firms that have a requirement it will also sync documents between P4W case workflows and the DMS in the cloud. From a practical perspective, a fee earner will be able to run a case flow during the working day in P4W, but should they need to access a document on an iPad for example they will be able to do so, edit and in turn this will seamlessly link back to the document in that case flow as a result revolutionising remote working for lawyers.

“Tikit’s P4W integration with NetDocuments adds incredible value and increased productivity to new and existing customers,” Travis Reed, Technology Partner Program Director at NetDocuments stated. “The seamless data flow between NetDocuments and P4W streamlines new client onboarding as well as workspace creation, saving time and increasing data accuracy.”

In what has been another record year for P4W new business sales Tikit has already seen a significant rise in firms investing in NetDocuments both to run alongside P4W and as a stand-alone solution.  Firms such as Marriott Harrison are running both systems to enhance mobility.  While Atticus Legal selected the leading cloud-based DMS as they were impressed with the speed in which the solution could be implemented.

“We are delighted to announce our enhanced integration between P4W and NetDocuments.  The integration will provide users with superior mobility and collaboration capability.  This is the most sophisticated integration of a DMS into any practice and case management system available on the market.  And, with the huge uptake of NetDocuments by over 350 mid-market and global firms in the US & EMEA last year alone it is clear that this solution is the future for legal firms looking to start moving their DMS into the cloud with all the security and DR benefits that brings” stated Simon Hill, COO at Tikit.
