To further strengthen its position as a leading software partner to professional service firms, Symphony - APS has appointed Sarah Trude as Business Development Director.
Sarah brings with her over 15 years of expertise of working in professional services, predominantly in the legal sector. Having previously worked for Opsis, Conscious Solutions and Tikit, she has an in depth understanding of implementing the right Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform that is agile and provides a unified view of client and prospect data. In-depth knowledge of practice management, time recording, document management, digital strategy, brand evangelism, email marketing and CRM systems, allows Sarah to provide clients with a genuinely rounded and holistic view.
Brian Coventry, Symphony - APS CEO: “It is vitally important that a firm’s technology partner understands their unique challenges, getting clear on why a change is needed, and how it will be implemented before deciding what technology platform to invest in. Sarah will be taking our hugely successful Envision methodology to legal and accounting firms in 2019. This will give firms the opportunity to approach platform changes with a different mindset with insights that provide a deeper understanding of the restraining forces within the firm.”
Sarah Trude comments: “I’ve had the pleasure of working with some excellent technology suppliers during my 15 years in the sector, but I can’t tell you how impressed I am with the unique and insightful way that Symphony - APS approaches the sales process. The 8 Dimensions of Envision is an incredibly powerful tool, and I can’t wait to start helping firms get to the bottom of their fundamental WHY. I think it’s going to be very enlightening.”
Over the years Sarah has developed her knowledge and entrepreneurial skills in the legal, project management, sales and marketing sectors. She has worked at director level and held P&L responsibilities for several businesses.
