A summary of DocAuto’s Helm round table discussion
On August 19th 2014, DocAuto held a Helm round table session at ILTA’s Annual Educational conference in Nashville, TN. During this session, two of Helm’s early adopters discussed the issues and circumstances that drove them to seek out a comprehensive system monitoring application, the reasons they chose DocAuto’s Helm solution, and their experiences implementing and utilising Helm so far. David Kiefer, CEO of DocAuto, moderated this session. The panelists were:
