LegalTech firm Exizent becomes Law Society of Scotland member and approved supplier

Exizent, the Glasgow-based technology firm transforming the bereavement process by connecting the data, services, and networks of people involved, has become a member of the Law Society of Scotland and achieved Approved Supplier status.
The Law Society of Scotland, which is the professional body and regulator for Scottish solicitors, granted this membership and status after completing its assessment process.
The Exizent software helps legal professionals manage the probate process including the capture of key data, the production of court and inheritance tax forms, and creation of estate accounts – all at the click of a button. It helps legal professionals deliver better services to those left behind when someone dies.
The parties plan for the relationship, between Exizent and the Law Society of Scotland, to foster discussions and action at an industry level on legal technology adoption and in particular on how the legal processes associated with a death can be improved to deliver better experiences for all involved.

The Law Society of Scotland’s members will benefit from Exizent’s software simplifying their probate and confirmation work. The software is a straightforward cloud-based platform that allows users and their teams to manage their probate process from start to finish in one place, for a better user experience, more efficient workflows, secure case and document management, third party integrations, creation of estate accounts and key court and inheritance tax form production whilst minimising data re-entry.
