Elite adds to its executive and senior leadership teams
New hires include first-ever Chief Customer Officer, Chief HR Officer, and Head of Information Security
Elite, a leading provider of financial and practice management solutions to the world’s most successful law firms, has made a number of new appointments to its executive and senior leadership teams. These include two new C-level roles for the business – Chief Customer Officer (Martin Linusson) and Chief Human Resources Officer (Michael O’Donnell) – as well as its first Head of Information Security (Jason Gerk).
Martin Linusson has been appointed as Elite’s Chief Customer Officer, and will lead its recently combined customer support and professional services teams. He joins Elite after serving as Group Vice President of Global Delivery Services at UKG, overseeing global support for new business bookings, managing global delivery revenue expectations, facilitating over 3,500 new customer activations annually, and managing UKG’s partner business. Martin joined UKG through a merger with Kronos Incorporated, where he held the position of VP of Global Services since 2015.
In addition, Michael O’Donnell has joined Elite as its first Chief Human Resources Officer. He is a seasoned HR professional with more than two decades of experience in HR planning, talent engagement, HR operations and leadership development. Michael joins Elite after serving as CHRO of leading software company Khoros, and his prior experience includes HR leadership roles at PowerSchool Group (formerly PeopleAdmin), Blue Health Intelligence, and American Airlines.
Finally, Elite has named Jason Gerk as its first-ever Head of Information Security, leading a newly formalized cybersecurity and privacy function. He will work across all of Elite’s critical business functions to further strengthen its cyber capabilities and ensure that Elite continues to provide best-in-class digital security for its customers. With more than 20 years of experience in security and technology, Jason joins Elite from leading security at ASAPP, a SaaS technology company which designs AI software to enable customer contact centers.
