Today’s guests are Craig Matthews, Director of Lifetime Planning at LEAP, and Rob Hailstone, an ex-residential property conveyancer with nearly 5 decades of experience, who formed the Bold Legal Group (BLG) in 2010. The BLG now has approximately 700 member firms of all different shapes and sizes throughout England and Wales (all of which carry out a significant number of residential conveyancing transaction annually) and is widely respected by all stakeholders including legal regulators, lenders, HMLR and the DLUHC.
