Epigram win award at the Mindful Business Charter annual event
We are delighted to announce that Katie Cavalier, Creative Director of Epigram, has been awarded the prestigious Contribution to the MBC Community award at this year’s Mindful Business Charter (MBC) Annual Event. This recognition celebrates the significant work that Katie and the entire Epigram team have done to improve working practices, making a positive impact on both the Epigram team and its clients.
Over the past 18 months, Katie has led initiatives aimed at fostering a more supportive and mindful work environment. Under her leadership, the internal MBC team at Epigram has implemented key changes to ensure that working practices align with MBC’s values. This has included the development of ‘best practice’ guides for clients, which are designed to streamline how they brief amendments. These guides have proven invaluable in reducing stress, minimising delays, and managing costs by ensuring briefs are thorough and effective.
Additionally the team have focused on refining handover materials between Epigram’s UK and Malaysian design teams. This improvement has helped to create a seamless workflow across time zones, ensuring that projects move smoothly through all stages of production, regardless of location.
Winning this award underscores the importance of the ongoing work that Epigram is doing to make continuous improvements, both internally and for clients. This commitment not only enhances productivity and team wellbeing but also ensures that the values at the core of Epigrams business—collaboration, mindfulness, and client-centricity—remain strong.
As Epigram continues to build on these successes, the focus remains on supporting a culture where mindful practices shape the way the team works together and with clients, creating a positive impact on every project.
