How It Works
The journey begins…
Ex-showroom or low-utilisation devices arrive at one of our purpose built national refurbishment centres.
Assess & Erase – Devices undergo an exhaustive check of more than 30 key components along with the sanitisation of all hard drive data certified to HMG Infosec Standard 5. (IS5 is a data destruction standard used by the British government.)
Replace – Any worn or damaged parts are replaced.
Test – A thorough test of all machine functions is carried out.
Inspect – A final quality control assessment to verify the machine is ready for work.
Rehome – A full warranty is issued for the device, and it’s delivered and installed in its new home.
