PracticeEvolve: Connected, cloud based tech must improve client experience while delivering user satisfaction
PracticeEvolve, in partnership with Legal Practice Management, have released a Legal Industry Outlook report outlining the challenges firms face when it comes to Cloud technology, and the help they require from their vendors. The research was designed to understand Cloud journeys in the legal world and discover success stories, pain points and goals for improvement.
A total of 161 business leaders and representatives were surveyed and presented with questions on business objectives, Cloud strategy, returns on investment, digital competency, the state of integration and more.
Aftab Bose, Editor at LPM, comments, “LPM regularly uncovers market insights for the SME legal sector, as it helps formulate firms’ forward-looking strategies. This report, built on responses from leaders in the legal market, demonstrates a number of challenges that firms are addressing, including improving efficiencies and productivity, connecting software together to deliver an enhanced client experience and retaining key talent. To achieve this, firms tell us they need the support of their tech providers.”
Adam Bullion, General Manager of Marketing at PracticeEvolve comments “We’re delighted to release this report for the legal market, which tells us that firms are seeking more support from their providers. While 68% of respondents are already on their journey to the Cloud, almost 85% of respondents are asking for providers to offer more advice around Cloud capabilities. In parallel, only 3% say integrations between business systems and with third-party systems are seamless, which presents a significant barrier to improving efficiencies.”
He continues: “From our research it is evident that firms are looking for all the benefits of Cloud technology, but are wary of the complexities involved in migration. This, along with the general room for improvement in integration and competence, signals to us a need for providers to be more hands-on in their support of cloud journeys.”
“PracticeEvolve are already in a very strong position to address the legal market’s challenges. We offer Cloud technology that is connected to software to power productivity, whilst we have recently launched EvolveCommunity, featuring online learning tools, user guides and much more,” concluded Adam.
