NetDocuments announces appointment of Andy Baldin as VP of International Business
Industry Veteran Guy Phillips to take a less active role in the legal sector after 30 years
NetDocuments, the leading secure multi-tenant cloud-based content services and productivity platform for law firms, corporate legal teams and business organisations has announced the appointment of experienced sales leader Andy Baldin as VP of International Business. After 30 years working in the legal sector, Guy Phillips is stepping down to take a less active role and will be leaving NetDocuments at the end of June. Both Andy and Guy will be working closely together to ensure a smooth transition over the coming months.
Guy has worked in the industry for more than 30 years, with a strong track record of accelerating growth for a number of global companies. During his three years as VP of International Business at NetDocuments, Guy has been instrumental in leading the transformation of the company, helping NetDocuments to achieve annual growth in excess of 25%.
Andy Baldin brings with him over 25 years of experience leading teams, having previously worked at Ivanti, Senforce and Sterling Commerce. In his new role as VP of International Business, Andy will continue to grow NetDocuments’ sales team and partner ecosystem, to further accelerate the growth of NetDocuments’ international business.
Josh Baxter, CEO of NetDocuments, said: “Guy is a well-known and respected figure in the legal and professional services sector, and we wish him all the best as he takes a step back. NetDocuments’ fantastic international growth is testament to Guy’s expertise, strong relationships and the fantastic sales culture he has fostered. We are delighted to welcome Andy to the team and are sure he will build on our current momentum and will accelerate our growth going forward.”
Commenting on his appointment, Andy Baldin said: “As more legal organisations transition to remote or hybrid working models, the ability to safely access and share documents from anywhere has become business critical. The new normal of hybrid work puts NetDocuments in a leadership position to continue delivering on our vision to be the platform of choice for law firms, corporate legal departments and government agencies. I’ve already been working closely with Guy to ensure a successful transition and my focus will be on maintaining NetDocuments’ results driven culture with a ‘customer first’ approach at its core.”
