Intelligent Office wins fourth new contract in 2018

Intelligent Office UK (IO), the leading support services provider to UK law firms, has been appointed by Top 100 law firm VWV to provide reprographic, mailroom, front of house, and records and facilities management services to the firm’s Bristol, London and Watford offices.

The contract commenced on 1st December 2017 and saw 19 VWV employees TUPE transfer to IO.

VWV has grown impressively over the past three years increasing annual revenues by over 32% and RPL by 7%.  Growth has placed increased pressure on the firm’s administrative support services and this was a key factor in the firm’s decision to outsource these services for the first time.

Of the decision to outsource to IO, Antonia James, Director of Client Relations at VWV said,

“With ‘client at the centre of the firm’ as one of our core values, the decision to partner with Intelligent Office helps to continue our commitment to improve service standards for our staff and clients.  We look forward to working with Intelligent Office and learning how they can support us in delivering best practices across our sites.”

Rachel McCorry, CEO at Intelligent Office made the following comments,

“We are thrilled to be working with VWV and are looking forward to supporting the firm as they continue to develop their business over the coming years. The firm occupies a fantastic office in Bristol and are also investing in other areas of their business to help support their growth.  It is great to be working with the firm and their progressive management team.”

VWV is the fourth new managed services client IO has commenced working with since November 2017.  The firm joins other new clients Shearman & Sterling, the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and Freeths.

During the same period, long standing client Farrer & Co also renewed their contract for another term.

These firms join an increasing number of UK top 150 law firms, which have outsourced to IO. Other clients include Gowling WLG, Penningtons Manches, Wedlake Bell, Capsticks, DAC Beachcroft and Wiggin.
