SeeUnity announces major Echo Content Synchronization product enhancement

SeeUnity, the leading provider of API-based content integration and migration solutions for onpremise and cloud-based Enterprise Content Management applications, is pleased to announce today the release of Echo Automate, an Echo Content Synchronization product enhancement designed to automate the time-consuming process of creating, maintaining, and executing large volumes of meta-rules, including synchronization rules, between systems.

Echo Automate is a no-code, large quantity meta-rule manager that eliminates manual processes and frees up IT hours for other mission critical projects. IT administrators faced with running hundreds to thousands of rules will benefit from the ability to create reusable templates that define rules to run, as well as, rules that create themselves. Detailed error logs help troubleshoot any issues with the meta-rules.

Current deployments using Echo Automate include a PacerPro integration with Thomson Reuters HighQ at a global Am Law 100 firm. An ongoing flow of litigation related documents and announcements within PacerPro are synchronized to the corresponding HighQ matter workspace via automatically created meta-rules based on their specified client-matter number. Filevine is also taking advantage of Echo Automate to manage over 50K rules running simultaneously to synchronize project content bi-directionally between Filevine and NetDocuments or iManage.

“With the COVID-19 related boost in remote working, we’re seeing an influx of organizations looking to optimize business processes and reduce costs. Echo Automate provides a way to manage those large-scale meta-rules in an expedited manner, delivering more efficient processes overall,” explains CEO, Dan Anderson. “This is a major new feature development that will enable organizations to significantly scale the way they administer metadata synchronization rules.”

“Echo Automate adds another dimension to the Echo Content Synchronization product’s administratively driven or user driven synchronization options. Automating bulk synchronization rules will streamline processes, improve service delivery, and reduce or contain costs.” – Dan Hunsinger, CTO. Echo Automate is immediately available. a
