Following the continued popularity of the community website legalsupportnetwork.co.uk(LSN) during the past 12 months, which has seen the website traffic more than double, LSN are excited to welcome a new addition to the team.

Rupert White joins them as Head of Content and Community, and his background as Features and Commissioning Editor at the Law Society Gazette means he’s in an excellent position to continue to build the LSN community since it was established by David Sparkes in 2006.

Rupert's strength in this area is well documented for those who followed the 1,000-strong LinkedIn group for the Gazette, where he also built a solid Twitter following and led the Gazette's website into its current interactive form.

legalsupportnetwork.co.uk anticipates Rupert's arrival will have a hugely positive impact on all those involved with the community website - law firms, consultants and suppliers - who all use LSN as a platform to engage with one another. This opportunity presents a very exciting time in the company's growth.

Rupert comments:

"I want to ensure that a wide variety of high-value content is available for the whole range of law firm support staff, from finance directors to HR professionals, from IT directors to marketing and BD. This is an under-served but information-hungry market, and legalsupportnetwork.co.uk is in a prime position to serve the content and community needs of these professionals. Over the course of 2010 we'll be providing much more high-quality, intelligent content through legalsupportnetwork.co.uk’s channels to help law firm support people face the challenging times ahead."

legalsupportnetwork.co.uk (LSN) enables anyone working in law firm management, regardless of the size of firm to connect with others in the same sector to share common issues, experience and knowledge. The LSN community is made up of thousands of professionals working across a host of business services sectors from firms throughout the UK. They use LSN as an impartial platform to connect with others and access information relating to industry news, events, discussions, jobs and articles of interest which keeps them up-to-date with their area of expertise, whether it’s finance, IT, HR, marketing, knowledge management or general practice management.
