This CSE one day awareness event will highlight the importance of driving customer focused change in all organisations and show how working with the Customer Service Excellence standard can bring a high level of customer service focused concepts into common practice.
The Department of Economic Development has recently approved up to 50% funding for the Customer Service Excellence Standard. This has been made available through its Business Support Scheme (BSS) which has been designed to improve the levels of service in organisations.
The event will provide an in depth understanding of the Customer Service Excellence standard whilst outlining its benefits to a variety of organisations.
By the end of the session, delegates will:
