Thomson Reuters launches eBillingHub Insights

Thomson Reuters today announced the launch of eBillingHub® Insights, actionable reports that deliver vital data in easy-to-read graphical reports that replace table-only reporting. The new reports are the first deliverable in a robust strategy of delivering more value to eBillingHub clients.

The first two reports include Accounts Receivable and Rejection Summary and are a direct response to client requests. Built into the new eBillingHub user interface, these reports allow users to pinpoint issues with rejections and delinquent invoices and to dive into vital information in a few easy clicks. Easy-to-obtain snapshots of important data provide C-level and other users an instant picture of the firm’s billing health.

“We listened to clients about their specific reporting needs,” says Greg Nilsen, manager, Product Management eBillingHub. “We’re confident that the new, out-of-the-box reports will get the right information into the right hands, and we’re excited to offer the reports that matter most to our clients. Moving forward, whether it’s additional reports or other eBillingHub enhancements, we will work closely with our clients to ensure we’re delivering the tools they need.”
