Herrington Carmichael LLP are implementing Accesspoint Legal’s Mozaique portal
Farnborough-based law firm, Herrington Carmichael LLP, are implementing Accesspoint Legal’s Mozaique portal and Web Forms to improve the efficiency and user experience of their client onboarding and online payments processes.
Utilising Partner For Windows (P4W) Practice Management System for several years, the firm had experimented with existing functionality and had spoken to various external providers but had not yet found a suitable solution.
Dean Snowley, Finance Director at Herrington Carmichael LLP, said: “I attended the Accesspoint Legal Innovators Forum event in September 2023 and saw Accesspoint’s Mozaique being demo’d, I knew straight away that I had found what we had been looking for.
The fact that there were other firms attending who were already using the technology alongside P4W provided a high level of reassurance that we had found the right partner to work with.”
As well as providing a client portal, the firm will be using Mozaique to provide a 24/7 secure payment portal with the ability to process all the payments within a single screen and the integration with the P4W Accounts module automatically completing a posting slip ready for approval.
Web Forms will facilitate mobile friendly client self-service allowing the firm to create new forms quickly and easily without having to rely on external assistance.
