Global IP experts Rouse embrace the cloud with 3E – find out more with Elite

Global IP services leader Rouse has selected Elite’s cloud version of 3E to support its ambitious growth plans.

Established in the UK in 1990, Rouse is recognized internationally for its deep understanding of IP law in the markets of Asia, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Its team of IP professionals advises clients on all aspects of IP, from strategic consulting, patents and trademarks, to domain names, copyright, designs, and geographical indications. Its wider integrated network comprises more than 800 people operating out of 17 offices across 12 different markets.

The firm has been an Enterprise customer since October 2002, with Elite technology at the heart of its business. As it looked ahead, Rouse chose to move to the cloud with 3E and will now benefit from the market-leading capability and flexibility of Elite’s flagship practice and financial management solution.

More specifically, the true cloud architecture of 3E will enable seamless integrations with other systems and tools across the firm through open APIs, as well as more capabilities than ever before for automated workflows, real-time insights, and cutting-edge analytics.

By adopting 3E in the cloud, Rouse will now be supported by a fully managed service provided by Elite, powered by the Microsoft Azure platform and offering cloud confidence with nearly unlimited scale, 24/7 monitoring, and advanced security that is unmatched in the industry.

“We are always looking for ways to better support our clients and enhance our offering, and making the move into the cloud with 3E is the next step on that journey,” said Jarron Stephens, Chief Information Officer at Rouse. “We have a long-standing and trusted partnership with Elite and adopting 3E in the cloud puts us in the best possible position to realize our growth plans and serve the needs of our clients.”
