Supporting the Interlaw annual global meeting 2024 – Epigram case study
Overview
In October 2024, Interlaw gathered its global network of legal professionals for the Interlaw Annual Global Meeting in Taiwan. This year’s event, themed Sea Change: Strategies for a Sustainable Future, provided a platform for lawyers to explore their roles in driving sustainability initiatives.
Our Role
Our team was entrusted with providing comprehensive design support for this prestigious event. From creating engaging visuals to capturing the essence of each session, we ensured that every design element contributed to the seamless flow and professional atmosphere of the event.
Deliverables:
- Opening Slides
- To set the tone for each session, we designed dynamic opening slides that encapsulated the theme of sustainability. The visuals were clean, modern, and reflective of the forward-thinking ethos of the event.
- Widescreen Presentation Slides
- Throughout the event, our widescreen slides were utilised for various workshops and congress sessions. These slides were designed to enhance presentations, blending seamlessly with the conference’s professional tone and sustainable focus.
- Paper and Crystal Awards
- The event concluded with an awards ceremony, and we were responsible for designing both the paper and crystal awards. The designs were sleek, elegant, and commemorative, reflecting the significance of the honorees’ contributions to the legal profession.
- Photo Collages
- After each session, we curated photo collages to visually summarise the key moments and interactions. These collages served as both mementos for attendees and engaging content for post-event communication.
