Though I am a data nerd at heart, being able to integrate existing data sets into a CRM platform is critical for search and segmentation. Being able to identify trends and do gap analysis helps to cross-sell different practice areas where you can see trends and gaps. It’s really important to be able to utilize data that all exists in the firm and then enrich that data with what comes in from the CRM platform.
