Law firms can ill afford to rest on their laurels in today’s highly competitive legal market, and Trethowans is no exception. The southern England-based firm prides itself on delivering precision-focused legal services to corporate and private clients, with a clear appetite for scoping tech-enabled efficiency wins to drive the performance needed for its ambitions — and e-bundling software Bundledocs is a growing part of this equation.
IT development manager Kerry Murgatroyd, who leads up the firm’s efforts to assess use and user experience of its tech stack, says: “We are always looking for opportunities to further increase efficiency from our applications.”
A few years ago, the firm sought to replace a non-cloud-native solution, where bundling and sharing documents was a manual process which sometimes created delays when there were a large quantity of documents or last minute changes. Bundledocs was identified as a suitable solution to automate much of this work, and following a six-week proof of concept Trethowans went live with it in December 2021.
