Having recently opened a Bristol office in addition to its existing base in Truro, the firm has replaced its existing legal software and signed up to SOS Connect from Solicitors Own Software (SOS), for practice and matter management.
Hugh Murrell, managing director said: “Being a niche practice we were looking for a system that both reflected how we work and that would help us with our growth plans.
“Now that we have two offices there was a critical need for the firm to be able to access a more sophisticated IT system. SOS Connect will provide us with more management information and analysis. It will give us an increased level of sophistication, flexibility and efficiency in our mission to provide a credible alternative to the larger regional firms.”
CEO of SOS, said Murrell Associates was now undergoing a full data conversion with a view to going live with SOS Connect in the spring.
