ILTA announces new board of directors for 2023-2025 term
The International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) announced on August 24 its newly seated Board of Directors. On September 10, Chris Hunt stepped down as ILTA board secretary to begin his new role with the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) as Senior Director of Administration. With this change, the board secretary will be Kara Portwood, Director of Innovation, Armstrong Teasdale LLP, St. Louis, MO, USA. On September 22, Catherine Monte, Chief Knowledge and Innovation Officer at Fox Rothschild, LLP, was appointed board member Director at Large; her term will conclude on August 14, 2025. Catherine has previously served on the board from 2017-2019.
