Am Law 100 ranked Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati transitions to the cloud with NetDocuments
NetDocuments announces, today, that premier technology and life sciences law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati (WSGR) has selected the company’s platform as a key step in the firm’s ongoing strategy to move their entire technology stack to a cloud-based model.
“With our move to the cloud, we envisioned taking on a DMS that does much more than just document and email management,” said Michael Lucas, chief information officer, WSGR. “We were on the search for an end-to-end client file management solution.”
WSGR’s vision of a fully integrated client file management system will be realised with their implementation of NetDocuments, ndMail, and ndOCR early next year.

Prior to their selection of a cloud-based platform, WSGR’s attorneys were turning to a myriad of different sources to save and manage their client files causing the firm unnecessary maintenance costs and governance challenges.
NetDocuments presented WSGR with a platform that provides users with a centralised location to manage the entire lifecycle of their content and one that’s accessible to their attorneys from any device, in any location.
