Dan Hauck, former Big Law attorney and CEO of ThreadKM, a legal technology company acquired by NetDocuments in 2017, has spent his entire professional career in the law and legal technology space. He will now transition into Leonard Johnson’s former product role and lead the product innovation and development team as VP of Product and User Experience. Baxter continues: “Usability and the overall user experience are at the core of how we deliver software and innovation to our customers. Dan’s insight and ability to build user-focused technology at ThreadKM will help us continue to deliver the product innovation and amazing end-user experience our customers enjoy and expect from NetDocuments.”

Ian will take the lead in pursuing expansion opportunities focused on delivering true value to prospects via the NetDocuments innovative cloud technology platform.
Ian previously managed NetDocuments’ partner channel having established the global partner community as it stands today as well as forging critical technology agreements with key partners.

Overall, these moves support our corporate strategy to provide the best possible product, partner and new customer experience bar none,” concluded Baxter.
